Patient underwent nose surgery or primary rhinoplasty by Dr. Paulo Andrés Escobar, Facial Plastic Surgeon in Bogotá, Colombia.

The preoperative profile photos show a more prominent nose with nasal hump and drooping tip. In the frontal view, the deviation of the nose is observed, which caused breathing problems for the patient.

After surgery performed using a closed approach (without external scars), a profile is observed that is perfectly aligned and proportionate to the patient’s facial characteristics. Likewise, from the front, the nasal deviation was corrected, which improved not only aesthetics but also respiratory function.
