Rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Escobar, Facial surgeon, in Bogota, Colombia in patient with racially mixed nose, mostly with Afro-American characteristics.

The patient’s nasal tip structure was reinforced to obtain a more defined tip. Also, the wide nasal tip, nasal base and dorsum were narrowed. The procedure was performed via a closed approach to avoid any noticeable scars. Very natural results were obtained.
